The redesigned entrance facade introduced a modern identity while preserving the district’s character, and new communal spaces—including an outdoor terrace—were created to foster connectivity and well-being. Fitness and dining amenities at the lower levels further enhanced the building’s appeal, positioning it as a vibrant hub for tenants and visitors.
Beyond the 2019 refurbishment, we have also undertaken critical sustainability upgrades, including the replacement of the chiller system and securing the attainment of green building certifications. These initiatives underscore our commitment to environmental responsibility and operational efficiency.
