Major Green Projects
Chiller Replacement & Energy Upgrades
Energy efficiency has been significantly improved across flagship properties—including DSFC, SSC, MCP1 and Strand 50—through the installation of more energy‑efficient chillers. In particular, DSFC’s conversion from air‑cooled to water‑cooled chillers demonstrates a higher standard of excellence. In addition, LED lighting retrofits and the deployment of solar panels and solar‑powered lighting across selected properties further reduce electricity consumption.
Indoor Air Quality & Wellbeing
Air filtration systems have been upgraded and IAQ certification achieved, thereby supporting healthier indoor environments for tenants and visitors. Furthermore, ongoing monitoring and maintenance practices help sustain performance over time.
Climate Resilience
Climate resilience has been strengthened through infrastructure works, including curtain wall waterproofing at DSFC (completed in 2025), which reinforces building envelope integrity and mitigates climate-related risks. In addition, ongoing assessments of asset conditions ensure timely identification of future resilience enhancements.
EV Charging Facilities
Electric vehicle charging stations have been installed at DSFC, SSC and MCP1, thereby expanding sustainable transportation options for tenants and visitors. Furthermore, usage data will be monitored to inform future capacity planning.
Certifications & Recognition
