An Asset Enhancement (Revitalization) Initiative
West 9 Zone Kids has entered a new chapter following its 2025 renovation, with strategic enhancements designed to elevate its identity within the neighbourhood. The overall renovation was guided by a cohesive theme of connectivity and sustainability, aiming to foster a vibrant and engaging environment for tenants and shoppers.
A notable highlight is the cherry-themed entrance at the ground floor, now a distinctive and welcoming landmark that strengthens the property’s presence in the community. Complementing this theme, The Cherry Hub was introduced as a new communal space to support tenant activities and encourage interaction. This addition reinforces our vision of creating spaces that bring people together while promoting a sense of belonging.
Adding a creative and sustainable dimension, the hub features a unique “Dream Catcher” art installation, crafted by children using recycled plastics donated by local partners. This initiative reflects our commitment to integrating green features during renovations and engaging the community in environmental education.
Through these enhancements, West 9 Zone Kids has been revitalised as a vibrant destination, creating long-term value for tenants and the neighbourhood.
