Investment and Investor Relations
Investor Relations Officer Ref.:HSAM/2025/IRO-1

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of corporate communication materials, including (but not limited to) interim and annual reports, corporate presentations and videos and ESG publications
  • Support the execution of investor relations, public relations and corporate communication activities
  • Collate industry and market data/information
  • Maintain IR-related database and handle public enquiries
  • Handle departmental administrative works and other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, Communications, Languages or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferable in listed companies of the real estate industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Excel and Word, as well as Chinese word processing
  • Able to work independently, detail-minded and self-motivated
Finance & Accounts
Senior Accounting Officer / Accounting Officer HSAM/2025/SAO-1
  • ACCA or HKICPA Finalist
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in accounting field preferably in sizable corporation with experience in supervisory role
  • Hands on experience in SAP system is an advantage
  • Well-versed with MS office applications
  • Initiative, independent with strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Applicant with less experience will be considered for the position of Accounting Officer
Leasing
Senior Project Officer / Project Officer - Tenancy Works HSPM/SPOTW/2025-01
  • Degree Holder in Building Services / Electrical & Mechanical or related disciplines

  • Minimum 5 years of solid working experience preferably in vetting and controlling the tenancy fit-out / reinstatement works / studying technical feasibility on leasing activities / assisting tenants to meet licensing requirements

  • Well familiar with building regulations and related statutory submission requirements and procedures

  • With strong commercial sense and solid working experience in project management of asset enhancement / Building Services works in shopping centers or office buildings would be an advantage

  • Customer-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

  • Knowledge in PC / AutoCAD applications

  • Candidates with less experience / qualifications will be considered as Project Officer
