Minimum 5 years of solid working experience preferably in vetting and controlling the tenancy fit-out / reinstatement works / studying technical feasibility on leasing activities / assisting tenants to meet licensing requirements

Well familiar with building regulations and related statutory submission requirements and procedures

With strong commercial sense and solid working experience in project management of asset enhancement / Building Services works in shopping centers or office buildings would be an advantage

Customer-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills

Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

Knowledge in PC / AutoCAD applications

Candidates with less experience / qualifications will be considered as Project Officer
