Investment and Investor Relations
Investor Relations & Corporate Communications Manager HSAM/2022/IIR-1

Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the Group’s investor relations and corporate communications functions and initiatives.
  • Coordinate and prepare investor communication materials including annual and interim reports, corporate presentations and videos, press releases, as well as sustainability reports and publications.
  • Develop relationships in the investment community and liaise closely with internal and external parties including senior management, business units, analysts, investors, shareholders and media.
  • Organize results announcement briefings, investors’ meetings, conferences, road shows and other IR related activities.
  • Conduct IR research and maintain investors’ database.
  • Manage the Group’s corporate communications activities including event coordination and corporate literature copywriting.
  • Handle ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related disciplines, preferably with CPA/CFA qualifications.
  • A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in listed companies, financial institutions and/or PR agencies. Prior working experience in financial modelling and research for real estate companies or investment funds/trusts will be an advantage.
  • Working knowledge of sustainability reporting and passion in ESG matters will be an advantage.
  • Able to work independently with high level of accuracy and attention to details.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese with competent translation ability.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in PC skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word processing, preferably with knowledge in Bloomberg and MS Power BI.

 

Finance & Accounts
Accounts Clerk / Assistant Accounting Officer HSAM/2021/AAO-1
  • Form 5 / DSE graduate or above
  • Diploma in Accounting or above
  • Fresh graduate / 1-2 years' relevant working experience in book-keeping or accounting
  • Hands on experience in SAP system is an advantage
  • Well-versed with MS office application

Asset Management
Senior Officer - Asset Management HSAM/2022/AM-1

Marketing Officer HSPM/2022/MO-1
  • University graduate or equivalent 
  • 3 years or above working experience in Marketing or Event Management field 
  • Proficiency in both Chinese & English

  • Conduct general administration and coordination work for advertising & promotion team 
  • Assist in preparing various marketing collaterals and digital marketing campaign, organizing and execution of promotion activities of shopping arcades

Property Management
Senior Technical Officer / Technical Officer HSPM/2022/STO-1

Responsibilities:

  • Provide assistance in handling routine repair and maintenance works
  • Provide assistance in arranging Capex works
  • Handle document and contracts relating to R & M and Capex works

Requirements:

  • Holder of Diploma or above in Building Service Engineering or equivalent
  • Holder of Registration Certificate of Electrical Worker (REW: Grade A)
  • 5 years relevant working experience in E&M field especially in maintenance field
  • Experience in operations in commercial premises is an advantage
  • Willing to work under pressure
  • Strong coordination and communication skills
  • Candidate with less experience/qualification will be considered as Technical Officer
Property Officer/Assistant Property Officer HSPM/2022/PO-3
  • Degree or Higher Diploma holder, preferably major in Surveying / Property Management / Hospitality
  • Mknimum 3 years' working experience in property management is required (Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Property Officer)
  • Handle daily property management matters
  • Proactive, mature, good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Knowledge of PC is essential
