Corporate Services
Senior Human Resources Officer (1 Year Contract) HSAM/2024/HRO-1


  • Handle daily operations including payroll and MPF calculation and preparation of tax return
  • Assist in full spectrum of HR functions including Recruitment, Compensation and  Benefits (“C&B”), Performance Management, Training and Development, and other HR initiatives
  • Communicate with relevant agencies on the group’s medical plans, MPF and employee compensation schemes
  • Support various HR initiatives including annual staff budgeting, annual appraisal and salary/bonus review and C&B benchmarking
  • Organize staff training and workshops
  • Conduct data analysis on talent management and prepare reports for ESG purposes
  • Perform any ad hoc projects and assignments as required

  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 2-3 years solid working experience in property leasing
  • Familiar with Landlord & Tenant (Cons.) Ordinance and leasing procedures

Main Job Duties:

  • Act as Site In-charge / Deputy In-charge to a major Shopping Arcade to supervise on-site team and monitor property management operations
  • Maintain good tenant relationship and coordinate with internal departments for tenancy management matters
  • Assist in data analysis, regular reporting and proposals for enhancement in facilities and services


  • Degree holder in Real Estate, Property Management or related disciplines preferred
