Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the Company Secretary in performing company secretarial function for the Group
  • Assisting in documentation and arrangement of board committees, board of directors and general meetings

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with HKICS / ICSA qualification
  • At least 8 years’ hands-on and solid experiences in handling full range of company secretarial duties in listed companies
  • Well conversant with the Listing Rules, Takeovers Code and relevant ordinances
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and complete tasks under tight schedule
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Hands-on skills in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
  • Applicant with less experience may be considered as Senior Company Secretarial Officer
財務及會計部
會計文員/助理會計員 HSAM/2020/AAO-1
  • Form 5 graduate or above
  • LCCI third level or above
  • Fresh graduate / 1-2 years' relevant working experience in book-keeping or accounting
  • Hands on experience in SAP system is an advantage
  • Well-versed with MS office application
  • Immediate available preferred

Applicant with more working experience will also be considered for the post of Accounting Officer.

租賃經理 HSPM/2020/LM-1

Responsibilities:

Assist the Senior Leasing Manager in supervising and formulating strategic planning on leasing, conducting marketing, lease negotiation, tenancy administration, co-ordination with property management and other related duties for a portfolio of shopping malls, office towers and retail shops

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with over 10 years solid working experience in property leasing
  • Familiar with Landlord & Tenant (Cons.) Ordinance and leasing procedures
  • With comprehensive network with tenants and property agencies
  • With track record on conducting revamping exercises on properties is an advantage
  • Creative and with good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Proactive attitude and strong business senses
  • Customer-oriented and with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Holder of EAA licence
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Knowledge in PC applications, such as Word, Excel, Chinese Word-processing
  • Candidates with less experience / qualification will be considered as Assistant Leasing Manager

Responsibilities:

Assist the Leasing Manager / Senior Leasing Manager in handling daily leasing enquiries, marketing, lease negotiation, tenancy administration, co-ordination with property management and other related duties for a portfolio of shopping malls, office towers and retail shops

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 2-3 years solid working experience in property leasing
  • Familiar with Landlord & Tenant (Cons.) Ordinance and leasing procedures
  • Customer-oriented and with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proactive attitude and strong business senses
  • Holder of valid EAA licence is preferred
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Knowledge in PC applications, such as Word, Excel, Chinese Word-processing
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Leasing Officer
物業管理部
助理管業經理 HSPM/2020/AEM-1

To qualify for this appointment, the candidate should possess the following:

  • Degree holder in Real Estate / Surveying / Housing Management / Property Management or related disciplines preferred
  • Minimum 7 years’ working experience in property / tenancy management with 2 years' supervisory experience (Candidate with less experience will be considered as Chief Estate Officer)
  • Previous experience in managing retail properties in Hong Kong preferred
  • Proactive, mature and able to supervise site staff and handle daily operations independently
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
高級管業主任 HSPM/2020/SEO-1

To qualify for this appointment, the candidate should possess the following:

  • Degree or Higher Diploma holder, preferably major in Surveying / Property Management / Hospitality

  • Minimum 3 years’ working experience in property management is required (Candidate with less experience will be considered as Estate Officer)
  • Handle daily property management matters in office buildings
  • Proactive, mature and able to supervise site staff and handle daily operations independently
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of PC is essential
