Job description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the Group’s investor relations and corporate communications functions and initiatives.
- Coordinate and prepare investor communication materials including annual and interim reports, corporate presentations and videos, press releases, as well as sustainability reports and publications.
- Develop relationships in the investment community and liaise closely with internal and external parties including senior management, business units, analysts, investors, shareholders and media.
- Organize results announcement briefings, investors’ meetings, conferences, road shows and other IR related activities.
- Conduct IR research and maintain investors’ database.
- Manage the Group’s corporate communications activities including event coordination and corporate literature copywriting.
- Handle ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related disciplines, preferably with CPA/CFA qualifications.
- A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in listed companies, financial institutions and/or PR agencies. Prior working experience in financial modelling and research for real estate companies or investment funds/trusts will be an advantage.
- Working knowledge of sustainability reporting and passion in ESG matters will be an advantage.
- Able to work independently with high level of accuracy and attention to details.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese with competent translation ability.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in PC skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word processing, preferably with knowledge in Bloomberg and MS Power BI.

- 須持有機電工程署簽發之A/B牌及平安卡
- 持有屋宇署發出之註冊小型工程承建商(個人)註冊證優先考慮
- 須負責及安排日常維修及緊急工作
物業督導員

- 中五程度或以上
- 具五年以上物業管理經驗
- 日班九小時工作
- 持有保安人員許可證及平安咭者優先考慮
